#### *PREMESSA* <a href="#premessa" id="premessa"></a>

* **1.0.0 |** Nel nostro Server abbiamo alcuni **Staffer** fidati incaricati di effettuare **Controlli Hack** (SS) sempre controllati e formati, tutti gli **Staffer ScreenShare** seguono un **Regolamento Interno** in modo da non effettuare nessuna violazione della Privacy. I nostri Staffer sono **Autorizzati** ad usare **SOLO** e unicamente [**AnyDesk**](https://anydesk.com/it/downloads/windows) come programma per effettuare **Controlli Hack**.
* **1.1.0 |** Una volta entrati nel **Server Minecraft** si Accetta **AUTOMATICAMENTE** che in caso si venga portati in **Controllo** (ScreenShare / SS) si debba dare AnyDesk allo staffer incaricato dell'SS, in caso non venga dato AnyDesk la sanzione sarà un Ban.
* **1.2.0 |** Tutti i Player da **Bedrock** e da **MAC** in caso vengano portati in SS sono a conoscenza che riceveranno un Ban di **14 Giorni** poichè risulta IMPOSSIBILE eseguire un Controllo da quelle Piattaforme (Telefono / PC Mac / Console)
* **1.3.0 |** Se ritieni di essere stato **Bannato / Mutato** ingiustamente puoi richiedere l'**UnBan /** **UnMute** su [**Discord** (Clicca Qui)](https://discord.com/invite/heromcita) creando un **Ticket** nella categoria **Richesta UnBan / UnMute** e riempiendo tutti i vari campi richiesti.
